Equation of circle with centre (h,k) and having radius r is given by,
(xh)2+(yk)2=r2

Here, centre is (1,2) and radius is 3
hence equation of required circle is given by,
[x(1)]2+(y2)2=32
(x+1)2+(y2)2=9
x2+2x+1+y24y+4=9
x2+y2+2x4y4=0
