The correct option is B 1.33Ω
The first column of resistors are parallel to one another as their ends are connected to each other’s ends. So the first column simply becomes Req=R3. (you can use the parallel resistor equation to get to this.)
The second column is effectively the same. Here also Req=R3
These two combinations are in series with each other.
So, the net Req=R3+R3
Req=2R3.
Since R is 2Ω,
Req=1.33Ω
