The correct option is B 3.5 Nm2C1
Given,
Electric field, E=200 N/C

Area of the piece, A=10×20=200 cm2 or 0.02 m2

The best way to analyse the question is by looking into the side-on view of the diagram.


We can clearly see the angle between E and A is 30

The flux through the surface,
ϕ=|E||A|cosθ

Substituting the values in the above equation,

ϕ=200×0.02×cos30

ϕ=200×2×3100×2

ϕ=23 Nm2C1

ϕ=3.46 Nm2C13.5 Nm2C1

Hence, option (b) is the correct alternative.
