(a) 3x-y=3

9x-3y=9

b) 0.2x+0.3y=1.3

0.4x+0.5y=2.3

By multiplying the equation 1 by 10 and equation number 2 by 10
We can make the decimal equation to an integer equation
that is
.2x + .3y =1.3
So multiplying by 10
We get .2x×10 +.3y×10=1.3×10
It becomes
2x+3y=13
So it will be easyeafor doing the problem.
