As we know that, for maximum value of force F, the friction will be limiting.
Also, as per given condition, both the blocks are moving together.
We have FBDs of both the blocks as



We have
N1=10g=100 N
N2=N1+20g=100+200=300 N
f=flimiting=fmax=μN1=0.5×100=50 N

the blocks moves together, the common acceleration is given by
ac=FmA+mB=F10+20=F30 m/s2

Now, from the FBD of block B we have
Ff=mBac F50=20×F30
(F2F3)=50
F=3×50=150 N
