On arranging the given data in ascending order. We get,
$1.8, 2.6, 3.4, 4.3, 5.6, 7.2, 9.1$
Number of terms $(n)$ $= 7$
therefore,
Middle term $= \frac{1}{2} (n + 1) t h$ term
$= \frac{1}{2} (7 + 1) t h$ term
$= \frac{8}{2} t h$ term
$= 4 t h$ term
$= 4.3$
Hence, median $= 4.3$
