The correct option is C 2 V
In the given circuit, the capacitor is in steady state, will behave like an open switch.

Req=12×412+4=3 Ω
And, i=VReq=123=4 Amp


i1:i2=14:112=3:1
And i1+i2=4
i1=3 Amp
i2=1 Amp

So, VA=121×4=8 Volt

And, VB=123×2=6 Volt

VAVB=86=2 Volt

Hence, (C) is the correct answer.
