TVC=MCn+MC(n1)
Thus, TVC1 =15
TVC2 =27
TVC3 =36
TVC4 =41
TVC5 =47

Then, Profit=TRTVC
Thus, P1=1
P2=3
P3=8
P4=7
P5=5
From this we see, Profit is Maximum at P3=8.
Therefore, the Profit Maximizing Level of Output is at 3 Units.
