There are 12 hours on a clock. When the hour hand completes one revolution (to complete one circle) it covers 360 degrees. Therefore to move from 12 o’clock to 1 o’clock it travels 360/12 = ${30}^{\circ }$

From 2 to 6 the angle is $30\times 4=120$. However, since the hour hand is in between 1 and 2, there's an additional ${15}^{\circ }$. Hence, the total angle is ${135}^{\circ }$
