The correct option is A x+3y+6=0

Given parabola is y2=8x

Also its given that tangent makes 45 with the line 2x+y+3=0

If m is the slpoe of tangent then,

m(2)1+m(2)=1

m+212m=±1

m=3 or m=13

Now for a tangent with slope m to the parabola y2=4ax.

We can use the formula.

y=mx+am

here m=3 or 13

a=2

Required equation are

y=3x+23 or y=13x2(3)3

9x3y+2=0 or x+3y+6=0
