Volume, $V=10d{m}^3=10L$

From gas equation,

$PV=nRT$

$PV=\frac{w}{m}RT$

$T=\frac{PVm}{WR}$ $R=0.0821Latm/K/mol$

$T=\frac{2.46\times 10\times 28}{28\times 0.0821}$

$T=299.63K$
