Since we know that 1 m = 100 cm,
Length of 1st rope
= 110 m = 100 ÷ 10 = 10 cm
Length of 2nd rope= 15 m
= (100 ÷ 5) = 20 cm

Total length = 10 m + 20 m = 30 cm = 310 m
