A] $16 x^{2} + 25 y^{2} + 40 x y$
where x = $\frac{1}{4}, y = \frac{1}{5}$
$= 16 \times \frac{1}{4} \times \frac{1}{4} + 25 \times \frac{1}{5} \times \frac{1}{5} + 40 \times \frac{1}{4} \times \frac{1}{5}$
$= 1 + 1 + \frac{10}{5} = 2 + 2 = 4$
