For balancing weight of an helium equilibrium must be maintained between weight and the force.
So, m×g=F
m×g=E×q
E=m×gq
=6.64×1027×102×1.6×1019
=2.075×107N/C
Therefore 2.075×107N/C electric field is required to balance helium nucleus.
