The correct option is C R=0,Pmax=1.6W
In this circuit , load resistance is constant hence maximum power transfer theorem can not be applied.
Hence, for maximum power in 10Ω resistance, current through it should be maximum. That means R=0 will give maximum power in 10Ω resistance.
