Given,
23[2(x + 3)+6x]=16

Multiplying by 3 on both sides

2[2(x + 3)+6x]=16×3

2(2x + 6)+12x=16×3

4x + 12 + 12x = 48

16x = 48 - 12

x=3616

x=2.25
