The correct option is B 4
Given mathematical expression,
$3 \times 5^{2} \div 15 - (5 - 2^{2})$
Solving the expression within the parentheses, we have:
= $3 \times 5^{2} \div 15 - (5 - 4)$
= $3 \times 5^{2} \div 15 - 1$

The expression contains both multiplication and division operations.
$∴$ According to PEMDAS, operations of multiplication and division to be solved from the left.

= $3 \times 25 \div 15$ - 1
= $75 \div 15$ - 1
= $5 - 1$
= 4
