Given mathematical expression,
$(4 \times 7 - 3) \div 5 - 2 \times 24 \div 6$

Solving the expression within the parentheses, we have:

= $(28 - 3) \div 5 - 2 \times 24 \div 6$

= $25 \div 5 - 2 \times 24 \div 6$

The expression contains both multiplication and division operations.
$∴$ According to PEMDAS, operations of multiplication and division are to be solved from the left.

= $5 - 2 \times 24 \div 6$

= $5 - 48 \div 6$

= $5 - 8$
= $- 3$
