We know that,

$∠$ ABC + $∠$ CAB + $∠$ ACB = 180 $^{\circ}$ (angle sum property)

⇒ 90 $^{\circ}$ + 50 $^{\circ}$ + $∠$ ACB = 180 $^{\circ}$

⇒ $∠$ ACB = 40 $^{\circ}$

⇒ $∠$ KCL = $∠$ ACB = 40 $^{\circ}$ (vertically opposite angles)
