Equating the $x -$ coordinates and $y -$ coordinates, we get
$x + 4 = 7, 3 y - 2 = - 5$

$\Rightarrow x = 7 - 4, 3 y = - 5 + 2$

$\Rightarrow x = 3, 3 y = - 3$

$\Rightarrow x = 3, y = \frac{- 3}{3}$

$∴ x = 3, y = - 1$
