Volume of shape=Volume of cone+volume of hemisphere
$$=\cfrac { 1 }{ 3 } \pi { r }^{ 2 }h+\cfrac { 2 }{ 3 } \pi { r }^{ 3 }$$
$$=\cfrac { 1 }{ 3 } \pi { r }^{ 2 }\left[ { h }+2r \right] =\cfrac { 1 }{ 3 } \times \cfrac { 22 }{ 7 } \times 5\times 5\left( 4+2\times 5 \right) $$
$$=366.5 cm^2$$
