$\Rightarrow 3x>45\Rightarrow x>15$

also, $(x-1)+x+(x+1)<45$

$3x<54\Rightarrow x<18$

$x\in (15,18)\therefore x$ can be $\Rightarrow 16,17$

$\therefore 15,16,17$ or $16,17,18$.
