Fleming right hand rule states that hold the fore finger, middle finger and thumb of the right hand mutually perpendicular to each other such that the fore finger points in the direction of magnetic field, thumb points in the direction of motion of conductor, then the middle finger will give the direction of induced current in the conductor and hence the direction of induced emf.
