The process of Food storage is not being done properly beacuse we don't have ample cold stores which were meant for storing the food for the future use especially during the periods of drought,floods etc.The millions of tonns of food gets wasted every year beacsue due to the lack of efforts by the government in buliding the infrastructure for the cold stores.
