For $m = 3$ find the value of the following expressions:

i) $\frac{5 m}{3} - 5$

ii) $3 m^{2} - 27 m + 3$

iii) $7 m - 20$

Given $m = 3$ .

Then,

i) $\frac{5 m}{3} - 5$

$= \frac{5 \times 3}{3} - 5$
$= 5 - 5$

$\frac{5 m}{3} - 5$ $= 0$ .

ii) $3 m^{2} - 27 m + 3$

$= 3 \times 3^{2} - 27 \times 3 + 3$

$= 27 - 81 + 3$

$3 m^{2} - 27 m + 3$ $= - 51$ .

iii) $7 m - 20$

$= 7 \times 3 - 20$

$= 21 - 20$

$7 m - 20$ $= 1$ .
