For every CO2 molecule entering the Calvin cycle, 3 molecules of ATP and 2 NADPH are required. To make one molecule of glucose six CO2 molecules required and the cycle turns six times.
So the number of total ATP=3X6=18.
The number of total NADPH=3X4=12.
So the correct option is '18 and 12'.
