FBD of system is as shown in figure.
Limiting value of f1 and f2 are 4N & 6N respectively AS 1×g=fL1+fL2 the system is just on the verge of sliding and friction are limiting in nature
T1=1×g=10 N

Kx+fL1 = T1 kx = 10 - 4 = 6 Ns
