Given:
Applied voltage in the circuit V = 5 V
Resistance of the circuit R=5 Ω
According to Ohm's law V=IR
or I=VR
I=55=1 ampere
1 A current is flowing in the circuit I thus the ammeter will show 1 ampere rating.
No current is flowing in the circuit II as the plug key is not connected thus ammeter will show 0 A in Circuit II.
