From tha diagram, the dynamic resistance will be,

$R_{d} = \frac{Δ V}{Δ i} = \frac{0.75 - 0.7}{(5 - 3) \times 10^{- 3}}$

$R_{d} = \frac{0.05 \times 1000}{2} = 25 Ω$
