Since, the potential difference across the load resistance is 10 V, the current through RL is given by,

i=10 V5 k Ω=2 mA

Using voltage divider rule, current through 1 k Ω resistor can be given by,

I=14 V1 kΩ=14 mA

Using K.C.L we have,

IZ=Ii

IZ=142=12 mA

P=IZVZ=12×10=120 mW
