$∵$ Voltage drop across $B_{1}$ & $B_{2}$ and combination of $B_{4}$ & $B_{3}$ is some. Due to which voltage drop across $B_{3}$ & $B_{4}$ individually
$∴ B_{1}$ & $B_{2}$ will glow with $60 W$ power.
