The correct option is B $7.5 V, - 2.5 V$
As the all capacitance are same and in series so potential across each $= 10 / 4 = 2.5 V$
now, $V_{A} - V_{N} = 2.5 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 7.5$
or $V_{A} - 0 = 7.5 \Rightarrow V_{A} = 7.5 V$
and $V_{N} - V_{B} = 2.5$
or $0 - V_{B} = 2.5$
or $V_{B} = - 2.5 V$
