The correct option is B +5 V, -5 V
When capacitors are connencted in series , charge on each capacitor is equal to the equivalent charge.
C12eq=CCC+C=C/2,
Q12eq=(C/2)10=5CV
thus , V1=Q12eqC=5V
Thus VB=5V
similarly, V4=5V, thus VD=5V
