Equation of line by intercept form-
xa+yb=1
Whereas,
a=x-intercept
b=y-intercept
Given:- a=b(Equal intercept)
Therefore, equation of line is-
x+y=a
Differentiating above equation, we get
dx+dy=0
dydx=1
