Solution

The correct option is B Pollinating agent of Zostera
Chlamydomonas is a single-celled photosynthetic organism. Funaria is a bryophyte while Adiantum is a pteridophyte.

All the three have motile male gamete and stationary female gamete. So, there must be a medium to bring the gametes together physically to facilitate fertilisation.

In case of algae, bryophytes and pteridophytes, water is the agent that facilitates gamete transfer, This is also one of the reason for limited distributuin of these plant groups on Earth.

Water is also the pollinating agent (hydrophily) of sea grasses called Zostera.
Dandelion is pollinated by wind (anemophily). Salvia and Sunflower are pollinated by insects (entomophily).
