Whereas, scientific principle is derived from the concept of scientific management which deals with coordinating the enterprise for everyone's benefit.

If we talk about the difference between these two that will be the purpose. Management principles help in improving the overall administration but scientific principle helps in increasing productivity of an enterprise.
