bulb- eg. onions, garlic, lillies etc
rhizome- eg. ginger
runner- eg. strawberries, lawn grass etc
offset- eg. water hyacinth

The asexual mode of reproduction is mitotic, the offspring thus produced exactly resembles the parent as it inherits all traits of the parent. Therefore they are called as clones.
