i) Flourine exhibits only one oxidation state wheres other halogens exhibit multiple oxidation states.

(i) Fluorine is most electronegative atom and Fluorine atom has 1 unpaired electron and so its oxidation state is 1. Fluorine does not exhibit positive oxidation state because it cannot expand its octets due to non-availability of d-orbitals.
