Examples of biodegradable waste is fruits and vegetable peels and materials like paper, flowers, cotton and wool.
Non-biodegradable waste is the waste that does not get degraded or decomposed by natural processes. In fact, this waste remains in the environment for several hundred years and keeps piling on and accumulating.
Examples of this type of waste is plastics, glass and metals.
