The correct option is B (i) and (iv)
Biodiversity is defined as richness of flora and fauna in a particular geographical locations. Forest is the house of diverse range of flora and fauna. Clearing of forest as a result of human activities like deforestation and forest fire etc. may lead to decrease in the percentage of tigers as they are dependent for food and respiratory gases on flora of the forest. Tigers consume the other animals housed by the forest. Flood and pollution may act as secondary cause but they do not play an important role in determining decline in the population of tigers.
So, the correct answer is option B.
