Given below are the groups of certain substances of particular categories. Mention the category of each group and identify the wrong example giving a reason.
(a) Lysol, benzoic acid, DDT, mercurochrome.

DDT.

Lysol, benzoic acid, and mercurochrome are antiseptics whereas DDT is a disinfectant which cannot be applied on the skin. Antiseptics are mild chemical substances that can be directly applied on cuts and wounds.
