Solution

Course of passage of sperms:

  1. The sperm's journey begins in the testis. Sperm develops as tiny round cells in seminiferous tubules or testicles.
  2. Then it is passed through an efferent tubule and they further travel to the epididymis and develop for several weeks.
  3. Then it migrates to vas deferens and travels to accessory glands to get nourished by the fluid secreted by them.
  4. It then passes through the urethra before ejaculation through the penis.

Hence the correct route for the course of the passage of sperm is Seminiferous tubule, epididymis, vas deferens, urethra, penis.
