Here, y ranges from 5 to 5
or 5y55cos(2x+1)[5,5]

Now, using the fact that if f(x) has a period T.
Then, f(ax+b) will have a period T|a|.

Using the same concept. we know cosx has a fundamental period 2π
5cos(2x+1) will have a fundamental period 2π2 or π
Hence, 5cos(2x+1) has a period π.
