Solution

The correct option is A i,iii and iv
  • One of the causes for proteinuria and haematuria is inflammation in glomeruli, so the first option is a true ststement.
  • The dialysing fluid does contain ions or electrolytes like sodium, potassium etc, and since dialysis process involves removal of waste from the system, during the dialysis process, at some point, the dialysis fluid has the removes nitrogenous wastes too. so, the second option is false ststement.
  • Apart from Haemodialysis, there are other techniques which can be used to treat kidney failure like Kidney transplant. so, the third ststement is flase.
  • The kidney transplant or most of the other organ transplants with non-related donar can be successful with the use of immunosuppressants, whereas immunosuppressants will not be necessary if the donar is a monozygotic twin. so, the fourth statement is true.
So, the correct option is 'II and III'.
