E2 be the event horse is ridden by B.
And E be the event H wins.
P(E1)=23 ,P(E2)=13
P(EE1)=16,P(EE2)=3×16=12
P(E)=P(E1).P(E/E1)+P(E2).P(E/E2)
P(E)=23×16+13×12=518
The odds against H winning are (185):5 = 13:5
