The correct option is B Water in bucket B is hotter than that in bucket A.

We know that heat flows from a hot body to a cold body.
Himanshu's right hand felt hotter after dipping in normal water. So, the water in the normal bucket is at a higher temperature than that in the bucket A.
Similarly, the water in the normal bucket is at a lower temperature than that in the bucket B, because his left-hand felt colder.

In other words, the order of temperatures in the buckets is:
Bucket A < Normal bucket < Bucket B

Therefore, the bucket A has cold water, whereas bucket B has hot water, compared to the water with the normal water.
