Adaptation is the behavioral or physical modification in an organism that helps it survive in its habitat.
Adaptation of fish:
The water bodies are home to a large number of flora and fauna. The aquatic ecosystem consists of the largest mammal alive, the blue whale, shark, rays as aquatic fauna and water hyacinth, lotus, Vallisneria as aquatic flora.
Fishes are characterized by a streamlined body to avoid the huge exerting pressure of the water above them.
Fishes living in the deep seas have flattened bodies for the same reason.
