Dear Student,

1. Tuberculosis can be prevented by vaccination with the BCG (Bacille Calmette-Guerin) vaccine. It is very effective in preventing TB in children but not that effective in adults.

2. Prevention of typhoid:
  • Eating safely prepared foods and avoiding risky foods and drinks are important.
  • Everyone should get vaccinated against typhoid fever.
  • Cleaning hands and cleaning fruits and vegetables before eating is a must.
3. Hepatitis A: This is caused by Hepatitis A Virus. It is transmitted by eating infected or contaminated food or water by the viruses.
Preventive Measure:-
  • Avoid stale food.
  • use of chlorinated water
  • Getting vaccinated against Hepatitis B.
