Question

How can you demonstrate that water vapour is present in the air

Open in App
Solution

Take a chilled soft drink bottle and keep it on a table. After some time you will notice water droplets on the outer surface of the bottle.

This happens because when the water vapour in the air comes in contact with chilled surface of the soft drink bottle, it condenses to form water droplets.
This shows the presence of water vapour in the air.
