As a result, the rulers of Champa (Vietnam) and Kamboja (Kampuchea) encouraged Hinduism. They worshiped Shiva and Vishnu and these reflect in the temple architecture.
Dance dramas based on stories from Mahabhrata and Ramayana are still popular in Indonesia.
